Products purchased on ParagonIllusions.com are printed on-demand through a network of printers around the world that ship with standard tracking practices. If an order is shipped with tracking and that tracking confirms it was delivered, Paragon Illusions is not responsible for lost packages with tracking.
PO Box addresses are allowed in the U.S. but not suggested. PO Boxx addresses are not allowed outside the U.S. and Paragon Illusions is not responsible for lost packages to PO Boxes outside the U.S.
For any order that arrives damaged please contact us with an email that includes pictures of the damage and we will work with you on a replacement for the same item.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges. Please contact Paragon Illusions@gmail.com for authorization for a return.
Please note... We will provide an address to return to the U.S. at the buyer's expense. Refunds and exchanges will be completed once the return is received. Returned items MUST be shipped with tracking. Paragon Illusions is not responsible for returned items without tracking.
